No matter that many of you are still shoveling snow and wearing wellies, retailers are on a mission to convince us springtime is here and it's time to buy and spend money.

Get That Haute Look
HauteLook is a real find for private designer sales at deeply discounted prices. This L.A. based members only shopping site offers 12 to 48 hour private sample sales and designer goods go for 50 to 70% off retail. Recent brands include LaROK (a staple of every celebrity closet), Ya-Ya Designs and Revolver. You will need to sign up before you can begin shopping but it is a free and simple process. Shopping begins at 8:00 a.m. PDT the day of the sale and usually ends at 11 p.m. PDT the same day. Signing up gives you a five minute warning before the start of the sale. You can plan your next week of e-shopping by scrolling through the site to see what brands are available.
One important thing to keep in mind is the time limit...you only have 15 minutes to purchase an item once you have placed it into your shopping cart otherwise it is released back into the site. So shop fast but save some serious money.
Lilly Pulitzer has a great beach cover up, the Kate Caftan, in white Havana lace. I have a similar lace Lilly tunic top that looks a lot like this and I am always complimented on it.
Shopping tip, Mr. snow and I went into T.J. Max to check out the Lilly and they had skirts for 50% off. Check to see when they get their shipments in for best pickings.

Love That Lilly
Confessions of a Lilly fan...I love the clothes and especially that pink and green. It is signature and so classic.
