Week 1 finds the College Gameday crew in Atlanta for the Chick-Fill-A kickoff game between #5 Alabama Crimson Tide - Roll Tide - and # 7 Virginia Tech Hokies. Kickoff is scheduled for 8:00 p.m. est on ABC.

Your Chance To Watch Gators Practice

Gator Nation...you have two chances to watch the Gator's practice but you'd better brew some strong java.

The first public practice of the 2009 Gator football season starts bright and early this morning from 6:10 a.m - 8:00 a.m. Only returning players will participate. Freshman practice later in the day 5:10 p.m. - 6:30 p.m.

If you miss today's practice, you have one more chance to watch on Friday, 7 August, with returning players practicing from 6:10 a.m. - 8:00 a.m. Freshman take the field from 4:35 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.

Future practices then move to the UVS field and are closed to the public.

Reminder - no video cameras allowed.
